Our SOL Yoga mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space for everyBODY to practice yoga. Fostering a positive and supportive yoga community for all levels and all ages. We offer yoga classes and workshops for beginners and most classes are appropriate for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga, Yin/Deep Stretching, Restorative/Yin and Aerial Yoga classes will be regular offerings at SOL Yoga. In addition, Teacher Trainings will be offered annually including Sol Yoga 200 hr YTT certification and 20 hr Aerial yoga teacher certification.
Our experienced Yoga teachers bring their knowledge of yoga philosophy and their authentic voice to provide a unique SOL experience every time you roll out your mat.
We offer classes in 2 studios. Our SOL studio offers state of the art infrared heating system with proven health benefits for our Hot Yoga classes and a calming space for our non-heated Vinyasa Flow classes. Our Aerial studio offers a beautiful space for Yin, Restorative and Aerial yoga classes.
Studio Etiquette is important to everyone. Come to class 10-15 minutes early, bring your yoga mat, and if you prefer, bring a water bottle and towel. Go easy on fragrances to be considerate of others. Respect our SOL Yoga community by being on time and entering quietly into the Yoga Studios. Let your yoga teacher know before class begins if you have an injury or any special needs.
Leave your shoes, cell phone and personal belongings in the cubbies in the Lobby. Observe, in silence, the final savasana at the end of each class. Spend time in the Lobby before and after class getting to know all of the amazing yogis at SOL.
Yoga means union, oneness and through our yoga practice we have the ability to link together the mind, body and spirit. Our SOL yoga philosophy is based upon the 8 limbed yoga path according to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali created thousands of years ago and still holds true today as the foundation for the practice of Yoga.
