Come be a part of a Mindful Meditation Workshop led by Sarah Alderson. She will discuss different styles of meditation + how to create your own personal meditation space along with journaling. Students will have a better understanding of how to begin a meditation practice to incorporate into your daily life. Students will also have time to reflect and journal. Workshop includes a 45 minute guided meditation with yoga nidra and the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls. It will leave you feeling light, more in tune with yourself, and connected to others. Please bring journal and pen. Hot tea, infused water, blankets and bolsters will be provided.
