Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Belinda Fleming is not only the visionary behind SOL Yoga Studio but also an embodiment of its spirit. As an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified teacher, Belinda’s journey into yoga transcends the physical. Her diverse certifications include Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga, Yin, and specialties in Thai Yoga Massage and Bodywork. Beyond the mat, she is a skilled practitioner in meditation and pranayama breathwork, enriching her classes with depth and authenticity.

Belinda’s path to yoga began in 2008, marking the start of a love affair that would see her achieve her RYT-200 at OnlYoga under John Meredith in 2014, followed by her RYT-300 at Dorje Yoga with Jessie Fletcher. Her continuous pursuit of knowledge led her to the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, Northern California and was further enriched by her transformative experience studying under Deborah Langley in Rishikesh, India. Here, immersed in the sacred practices of Mudras, Mantras, Chakras, and chanting along the Ganges River at the base of the Himalayan mountains, Belinda deepened her connection to the ancient traditions and teachings of yoga.

“Yoga, to me, is like a dance-each movement in harmony with the rhythm of the breath, leading to an inner peace that transcends the flux of our daily lives. The eight-limb path of yoga remains timeless, guiding us towards living with grace and intention, and nurturing the unity of mind, body, and spirit. This ancient wisdom, as relevant now as it was centuries ago in India, illuminates our journey towards serenity and balance.” – Belinda Fleming

Before her yoga journey, Belinda’s athleticism and commitment to wellness were evident through her accomplishments as a marathon runner, having completed prestigious marathons in New York, Chicago, Boston, and the scenic Big Sur in Northern California. Her dedication also extended to philanthropy, raising significant funds for cancer research at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital. Belinda’s vibrant spirit was also showcased during her time as an Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader, and she remains an active member of the NFL Cheerleaders Alumni Association.

Beyond her professional achievements, Belinda’s heart is anchored in family. A devoted mom of two sons and three daughters, she also cherishes the expansion of her family, which now includes a wonderful daughter-in-law. Her family means the world to her, underscoring every aspect of her life with love, resilience, and dedication.

Belinda’s extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, specializing in critical care, further exemplifies her lifelong commitment to nurturing and caring for others. This foundation of compassion and service enriches her yoga teaching, allowing her to foster a space of vulnerability, openness, and heart-centered practice at SOL Yoga Studio.

Whether leading international yoga retreats, sharing the transformative power of yoga across the United States, or guiding a class in her beloved studio, Belinda invites you to join her in a journey of self-discovery, healing, and profound joy. Discover the strength and serenity within, under the guidance of a teacher who lives her practice, both on and off the mat.

Patti is a RYT 200 and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She began her practice of yoga 8 years ago and was amazed at how beneficial it was to her both personally and professionally. She recognized that in our distracted and reactive world, coming back to the mat provided the centering many of us crave.

She completed her yoga teacher training at Sol Yoga in the spring of 2019, and pursued certification as a Y12SR space holder so that she could share the yoga of 12 step recovery with anyone impacted by addiction. Patti is past-President of the International Bullying Prevention Association and has led a yoga session at its conference emphasizing the importance of self-care. She loves hiking and traveling with her husband and is thrilled when her adult sons can join them.

In 2017, Samantha surprised her husband with a date night doing something they had never heard of – aerial yoga. Samantha fell in love! She found a local studio and started taking all the aerial classes she could. Being inverted and climbing up in the fabric is her favorite part of class. It’s so freeing, and a fun way to work on your core and upper body strength.

Samantha enjoys sharing this love of aerial with her young daughter, who is constantly asking to be in Mommy’s hammock! She completed her aerial yoga teacher training through Launch Awareness’ certification. She enjoys teaching as well as continuing her own practice. Outside the studio, Samantha lives a zero waste friendly lifestyle. She enjoys photography, traveling, reading, and is a background actor.

Allison Ford turned to yoga after many years of being a strict athlete. She began dance and competitive sports at a young age, moving on to play as a top-level athlete, playing for the Women’s Professional Football League as a wide-receiver. After many years of wear, she sustained a back injury, causing her to find an alternative solution following surgery. She turned to both yoga and dance in order to find new healing for her back and discovered her love for yoga in that exploration.

As a competitive athlete, she gained a new perspective with yoga and found a new honor for the body and mind. From there, she got certified as a yoga instructor and soon she created two unique student programs: One focusing on meditation and breath techniques for high stakes writing and testing, and the other on yoga for athletes which focuses on stretching, movement, and guided meditation for high performance goals. Her ultimate goal is to spread the practice of yoga and meditation from the studio to the classroom setting, and beyond.

She had been a featured speaker and instructor for TEDx Women, Women’s Empowerment Expo, Junior Achievement Annual Youth Conference, Yoga Fun Day and more.

Hi, I’m Paige Hinton and I love sharing my passion for yoga with women and men who need a physical, mental and spiritual boost. When I started practicing yoga I was a professional dancer in NYC who was looking for another “workout” to stay skinny. But here’s what I found: yoga became a spiritual journey and my sweaty workout; staying fit and strong and a new appreciation for my body.

My training in vinyasa yoga, my experience teaching since 2009, background as a professional dancer, meditation practice, Bachelors’ degree in Holistic Nutrition and spiritual studies have allowed me to guide people on and off the mat to healing their mind/body/spirit, living fuller and happier lives in a body that they absolutely love. I completed my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at Laughing Lotus in New York under Ali Cramer and Dana Trixie Flynn.

I’m known for the insights, playfulness, and compassion for people of all types, sense of humor and deep love for yoga. I bring unique guidance and teaching style to my students to facilitate their transformation and class experience.

With my dance background, I teach an inspiring class playing with the creativity of yoga while focusing on correct alignment of the poses.

Ready for down dog? Let’s go!

Kasi Reilly and loves sharing movement, because movement truly heals. Her love of movement started an early age with ballet and contemporary dance, and along the way, she has ran marathons, kick boxed, weight trained, and much more.

Kasi stumbled upon yoga fifteen years ago under the instruction of Steven Metz and fell in love with his vinyasa classes – connecting breath and movement. Kasi then became a 200 registered yoga teacher, and began teaching vinyasa yoga, barre classes, as well as personal training.

Buti Yoga fell into Kasi’s lap 5 years ago. For her, it was the perfect fusion of yoga, kundalini yoga, chakra balancing, and dance. She immediately fell in love, and she enjoys teaching the dynamic style of Buti yoga, and is so honored to be part of Sol Yoga.

Sydney (500 RYT) found the physical practice of yoga several years ago as a way to recover from the strain that her other physical hobbies and chronic health issues put on her body. After the first few classes, she fell in love with how it made her body (and mind) feel. On and off for many years, Sydney found herself on the mat to center and transform herself. Loving the way yoga made her feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually, Sydney decided to start the SOL YTT in November 2019 so that she could share her passion for the practice with others. She was blown away with how much more yoga had to offer her than just the physical practice and how much the philosophy of yoga transformed her life. One of Sydney’s favorite things about yoga is how it meets you where you are each day and is therefore non-competitive. Yoga isn’t about how perfectly you do each pose, it’s about connecting your mind, body, and sol and the poses are just a tool to help us get there. This is one of the many reasons why Sydney feels that yoga is such a powerful path of self love and why she is so passionate about sharing it with others. She is currently certified as a 500 hour teacher with the yoga alliance and carries additional certificates for yin, restorative, adaptive, and trauma informed yoga, as well as yoga nidra.
