Meet Aaron Brooks Pareigis, Sol Yoga Teacher and Yoga Beast<\/p>\n

1. I have a twin brother<\/p>\n

2. I was the Big Bad Wolf in the kindergarten play<\/div>\n

3. My partner, also Aaron, called me his yoga beast, which is where I came up with AYogaBeast<\/div>\n

4. I experienced spiritual confirmation of my Higher Power, after reciting my Joppa mantra\u00a0\"\ud83d\udd49\"\u00a0the first time I completed it.<\/div>\n

5. The fastest way for me to achieve \u201csurrender\u201d is by playing Sudoku on my IPad.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

6. Early in my yoga I heard that those who practiced \u201cdedication\u201d or dedicated their practice to their HP had the most beautiful practices, so that became the basis of my asana and now the rest of my teaching.<\/div>\n
