The practice of yoga teaches us to be here in the present finding unity in our breath, in our mind, in our body, and in our soul.<\/p>\n<p>If you find yourself searching for connection, I invite you to join us at Sol as we explore &#8220;Om Shanti Shanti Shanti&#8221; mantra as our dharma teaching this month to help invoke inner peace, relieve stress and spark deep relaxation, focus and calm.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we have several new classes on the schedule.
